We delivered the complete redesign and turnkey fit-out of the executive offices for the Vice Presidents of the Civil Aviation Authority at King Khalid International Airport.

Set within a live administrative headquarters, the commission called for design distinction matched by absolute operational discretion. We re-planned the floor in full, introducing private meeting suites, bespoke joinery, and an executive material palette befitting the Authority’s national standing.

Advanced HVAC, smart lighting, acoustic insulation, and high-security access control were integrated beneath a refined architectural finish — delivered on programme and to budget. The result is a secure, future-ready leadership environment that reinforces the Authority’s institutional identity.
